We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying and selling properties

• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about current real estate trends

• Guide clients through the entire transaction process, providing professional advice and guidance

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their real estate needs are met

• Coordinate property showings, negotiations, and contract signings

 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Real Estate Agent

• Proven sales track record and a strong client portfolio

• Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market, specifically Vacation properties

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple transactions simultaneously

• Proficient in using real estate software and CRM tools

• Valid real estate license in Utah
